SOUVIGNON

 
 

Sauvignon, white Bordeaux, Blanc Fumè.

Characteristic ampelografiche: middle leaf, orbicolare, trilobata - middle-small, cylindrical, shut and winged cluster - middle grape, spheroidal, thick peel, leathery of yellow-green color.

Maturation: middle-precocious

Vigor: good

The wine's characteristics: it draws a wine from the characteristic and intense aroma, slightly aromatic, enough alcoholic and delicate.
