Generality: belonging vine to the family of the Trebbianis that represents the most diffused variety on the Italian territory. Particularly this typology is cultivated in the Emilia Romagna and furnishes wines with a good acidity, proper for the fizzy version.

Characteristic ampelografiche: middle-great leaf, pentagonal, trilobata - middle-great cluster, conic lengthened, middly compact - middle grape, spherical with peel yellow-greenish color.
